Full time sales person is worth their wait in gold “if” they can close business. That being said I would use this to compliment your sales person not replace them. The question that you need to ask your self is if everybody called back on the voice mail that I drop what is the next step for the prospect? Is it an appointment a demonstration or to buy? You need to be clear what you would want people to due.
